1. Rather if you choose to read the terms or not you are bound to them. ANYONE found in violation of the terms will have their membership terminated without further notice and no refunds will be issued. You must then remove all my work from your site and delete any of my graphics from your folders on your hard drive.

2. If you bash my site in any way you will be removed. Once you have gained access to my members only area that constitutes acceptance of terms and no refunds issued and I do know when you have entered the area. Please have the necessary scripts installed on your website such as no right click, no image toolbar and etc. I do not do mega updates. I appreciate those that have the time to do so but I do update at least once a month and sometimes more.

3. You must display your membership logo on your site within 5 days of joining and link it to http://pocketsplace.com. You must send me am email with the page the logo is placed after you have uploaded and linked it. You must keep my logo displayed on your website if you choose to continue using my graphics after your membership expires.

4. A link is required back to Pockets Place Members Area on "ALL" pages where my graphics are being used, this means "ALL PAGES". If I can do this with my memberships, it won't break you arm to do it to.4. If I am in your site and see you are not linking your graphics back to the sites you got them from I will remove you from my members area. If you can't RERSPECT other artist how can you respect yourself??? I believe in giving credit where credit is due.

5. No sharing of anything in the members area in any list, group, or message board or downloading on CD's. No direct linking. ( I can tell it there is)

6. No sharing of your username and password, in doing so your membership will be revoked and no refund will be given. I have the right to change my terms and it is up to you to come here and se if they have been revised. This will be stated at the end of this page.

7. Do not change any file names on any of my graphics. I have begun to add the site initial or names to where I received them from.

8. Please do not use any of my graphics on pages to do with racism, any websites promoting poronographic material, child abuse, bigotry, hate, religious intolerance.

I have the right to decline any member wishing to join.

------TUBES TERMS OF USE------

1. No altering of the tubes. 2. You may not make outlines or tutorials from my tubes. 3. With my tubes you can makes websets, stationary, premades, avatars, sig tags, backgrounds for personal and for pay. You "MUST" add at least 3 more tubes with a single tube to make an image. "NO" just adding a name to a tube for a sig tag.

------OUTLINES------

The outlines I have are my drawings. However I do have a few that I looked at a coloring page and tried to draw them. If they look like others I am sorry but they are not. However I do have a sister that allows me to snitch parts of her outlines I need if I am having trougle drawing certain parts, although I have not had to do that and am going to try not to do that. I want them to be 100% mine.

1. No altering or resizing. You may remove ghost pixels or stray one we often leave ther when drawing that is invisible to the naked eye unless you place a background layer of color and then they show up. 2. You may not make tutorials from my outlines unless you email me and ask permission. 3. With my outlines once colored with shading you can makes websets, stationary, premades, avatars, sig tags, backgrounds for personal and for pay. 4. You must purchase a Tube License to offer your colored with shading outline as tubes. 5. You must place the link back graphic on my outlines pages on all of your pages that you use my outlines on if you are tubing them. 6. They are not to be placed on your site AS IS. I do not offer that license for my outlines.

------ADOPTION------

1. You may place these in your MEMBERS AREA for download but you must also place a certificate with it with my link on them.
2. You may not sell these in your MEMBERS AREA , they must be for free only to your members.
3. You may sent these as gifts for your friends but my certificate must go with the link to my site, unless the adoption itself has my info written on the graphic such as Adopted from Mouse Pad. 4. You may write Names only on the adoptions.
5. Do not change any file names.

---------------------- SIGTAGS AND PREMADES ----------------------

1. You must link the tags back to Pockets Place http://pocketsplace.com
so others will know where to find them.
2. Tags may only be used on Family Friendly Websites
3. Tags are for your personal use but premades are for you and your friends.
4. "NEVER" "NEVER" change file name of graphic as I have credit initials there.
5. "NEVER" use my tags or premades on a social site such as My Space, Facebook, or Live Journal etc.

If by some chance you do not understand the terms fully please contact me. I will trade Memberships but it must be of equal value. Lifetime Memberships with Tubing and Profit License is the only thing I will trade. If at anytime I feel as though our sites are no longer equal I will remove myself from your membership and you must do the same. I have never had this to happen though. I may or may not be trading right now so send me an email and I will place you on a waiting list... who knows you may be at the top of the list. ""LIFETIME EXPLAINED"" Lifetime does not mean your real life expectancy or mine, it just means as long as these eyes and fingers keep functioning properly or no other circumstances happen to take me partially off line. If any of these happen you can guarantee that there is enough in my members area to justify the money you spent. PSP is my hobby and I do not intend to stop for many years. There is a way to shorten LIFETIME snd that is for you to break my terms of use and then lifetime becomes a different meaning.
